Works with other PTA leaders to connect families, school & community to support student success.

Responsibilities
Records checks & deposits in quickbooks software. REconcile bank accounts, prepare financial statements to distribute at meetings. Maintains permanent records to rack unit funds and financial transactions. Pays all PTA bills as authorized by board or association. Ensures taxes and reports required by PTA bylaws, insurance or federal & state governments are completed and submitted by the due dates.

Takes minutes at board & association meetings. Handles PTA correspondence as directed by the president. Maintains and preserves PTA records & important documents to pass on at the end of the term.
